Challenge Description
Each combo consists of four exercises. Each exercise is performed for one minute, completing as many reps as you can. Repeat each Combo continuously for the noted amount of rounds. There is usually no rest break between combos, however if you find you need one – add in a 30-second active recovery rest. Active recovery rest means you are still lightly moving and can incorporate movements such as skipping, boxing, shift weight from foot-to-foot or marching.
