    Tabata Challenge Plan

    Tabata training is a form of high-intensity interval training. Each Tabata consists of 8 x 20-second efforts of work, with 10-seconds rest in between, totalling four minutes.

    Perform each exercise for one full Tabata round (four minutes). Have a one-minute rest before moving onto the second exercise Tabata round, and again before the third and fourth exercise.
