This challenge was created so that everyone can identify their level and reach an achievable goal by the end of 30 days.
There is only one specific exercise involved, suitable for all. Whether you are just starting out or feel you need to step it up more, there are options for you.
Challenge Description
The aim is to achieve 200 consecutive squats by day 30. Add the jumping option if you really want to test yourself!
If you are used to performing squats, add weights for a greater challenge. The sixth workout in each week should be done with resistance, if you have the option available to you.
