Running is a popular way to burn plenty of calories, increase endurance and train your muscles. Put on a good pair of running shoes and follow the step by step calendar guide and below running tips to help you be the best that you can be.
Identify the distance you want to travel and reach an achievable goal by the end of 30 days. Whether you are a novice, at an intermediate level or advanced the options are here for you. The Run Challenge has 6 progressive distances each week – these are your days for focused hard work. On Sundays you get to Rest. This ensures that your body gets the opportunity to repair and grow stronger avoiding risk of adaptability and or injury.
