Try anything from Hip hop to Contemporary to Burlesque to Zumba, find what makes you happiest, put your “dancing shoes” on and allow yourself to be free.

    Simply follow the Ultimate Dancers Workout calendar guide below for your 30 day challenge. The program lists the classes / exercises for you to do on each day.

    There are 6 days of workouts and one rest day, given to you per week. So choose what best fits in with your goals and plan in advance what classes you wish to take.

    This ensures that you get the ultimate opportunity to explore the world of dance and work towards the long lean body of a dancer.
